Enjoy the magic of Villa Oleandro
A piece of heaven in Ponza…
If you are looking for a peaceful home where you can relax after a day spent on the beach or touring this breathtaking island, Villa Oleandro is your ideal place.
This spacious 6 + 1 villa is next to the ancient Roman tunnel that leads to Chiaia di Luna beach and walking distance from the island’s summer heartbeat – restaurants, cafes, shops, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, bakeries, boat and car/scooter rentals, and the characteristic Bourbon port.
Villa Oleandro is a typical ‘Ponzese’ house and as soon as you step into its garden, you will immediately feel at home. The mornings will welcome you with the scent of the fresh salty air and you can have breakfast in the garden. Or you can start your day by going to the bar to pick up fresh croissants, Neapolitan sfogliatelle and ciambelle. In the evenings, instead, you can prepare a barbecue and have dinner around the beautiful mosaic table under the garden pergola.

The garden is on two levels and has two pergolas which offer a comfortable place in the shade to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. And if Ponza runs out of water, which can happen during high season, Villa Oleandro has a well. In August and September you can also eat the delicious grapes from the garden.
Villa Oleandro can be easily reached by car. You don’t need a car in Ponza but if you do take it, free parking is difficult to find during the summer. There is paid parking very close to the villa.
The closest beach is a ten minute walk and you can also go to the port and take a bus boat to Frontone beach, a beautiful bay. Unfortunately, Chiaia di Luna beach will most probably remain closed this summer.
Everything you’ll need or want is walking distance: cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, the nightlife, bakeries, cafes, shops, ice cream parlours, the bus boats that drop off on the beach, boat and car/scooter rentals, bus station and the Bourbon port.

Ponza
Ponza is the largest island of the Pontine archipelago, 9km long and 2.5km wide. Like the rest of Italy, its history is rich and traces of its ancient Roman past can be seen scattered throughout the island. The temperature is ideal and you can swim until late October.
During the day you can scuba dive, snorkel, sunbathe, swim in the clear blue Mediterranean and make the most of this fantastic place. You can also rent a boat or take a guided tour to explore its magical inlets and caves or visit Zannone and Palmarola, two islands which are also part of the Pontine archipelago.

The house is clean, stylish and you can find everything you need. Whether it’s sunny or it’s raining, you can enjoy the garden and relax! A place to relax! (Nicoline from Germany)
I visited Ponza four times Ponza in the past six years and stayed at lovely Villa Oleandro.
The house is very comfortable with a nice garden to sit in the terrace and had our meals.
When the weather gets hot, the inside of the house is fresh and cool. Yona and Emma are very
warm persons. They are very helpful and made our stay at Villa Oleandro. really special.
I highly recommend it for families with children or group of friends who would like to spend some magical time at this beautiful island. Thank you Yona & Emma for all your hosptality….. (Vittoria from Italy)
Everything related to Villa Oleandro is perfect ! We spent such a wonderful week there… The shady outdoor space with a huge table is a must have (especially with the bbq and just every single thing you may need to cook) and the inside of the house is very practicable with different independent rooms, bathrooms and spaces. The location is also very convenient, 5 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes walk from Chiaia di Luna’s bar/restaurant with the most beautiful sunset I ever seen. A special bonus for the outdoor shower, just amazing ! Thanks to Yona and thanks to her friends in Ponza which have been very helpful for everything ! (Morgane from France)
Dotata di tutti i comfort, pratica e comoda all’interno, all’esterno è semplicemente perfetta.
